About
The Netherlands eScience Center is the Dutch national centre of expertise for research software, financed by NWO and SURF. It employs Research Software Engineers who collaborate with researchers to design sustainable software and foster digital skills across all academic disciplines. The center plays a key role in the Dutch AI ecosystem through collaborative AI research projects addressing scientific challenges, with a particular focus on Explainable AI for algorithmic decision-making.
