Eurostars

Eurostars is an international funding programme facilitating collaborative research and development (R&D) projects spearheaded by innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe and national funding bodies, the programme supports the creation of innovative products, processes, and services aimed at commercialisation. It operates under a unique hybrid governance model, combining a centralised evaluation process with decentralised funding managed by national agencies across its 37 participating countries.
