Essense Service Design

Essense Service Design, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is a customer experience (CX) agency that assists clients in implementing customer-centric methodologies across various teams. They specialize in researching customer needs, streamlining processes, managing customer journeys, and designing optimal customer experiences through in-house training and coaching programs. In June 2025, Essense was acquired by Eidra Group Holding. While Essense is a service provider, there is no evidence to suggest they actively invest in or support startups as a VC fund, angel investor, or through similar investment programs.
