Helen Ventures

Helen Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Helen Ltd., a Finnish energy company founded in 2019. They invest in innovative European startups across sectors such as energy, e-mobility, circular economy, decarbonization, and digital solutions applicable to the energy sector. Their investment philosophy focuses on accelerating the growth of early and growth stage companies by collaborating with customers and industry experts to develop world-class solutions. As of June 2025, they had invested in 17 companies, with one notable acquisition being Solar Monkey. As of June 1, 2025, the management of Helen's CVC portfolio is transferred to Redstone Nordics, with the Helen Ventures team joining Redstone's expert organization.
