Innovation Fund Macedonia

The Innovation Fund for Technological Development (FITD), also known as Innovation Fund Macedonia (FITR), is a government-backed entity in North Macedonia. It supports startups and innovative companies, providing critical financial and technical assistance to foster the country's research and innovation ecosystem. The fund aids companies from product design and testing to initial commercialization, preparing them to attract private investments. FITD is transitioning to a new agency, INOVA, by August 2025, which will continue its mission of supporting innovation, scientific and technological development, and entrepreneurship.
