FoodSparks by PeakBridge is an agrifood-tech venture capital fund manager, investing in European and Israeli seed and early-stage startups within the FoodTech sector. They focus on visionary pioneers with scalable, protectable technologies that drive positive impact across the Agri-Food value chain. As part of the PeakBridge Growth II, a member of Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity partnership, they collaborate with leading food corporates, investors, knowledge institutes, and FoodTech hubs worldwide. The fund was launched in collaboration with EIT Food to address critical pain points in food production, supply, and sustainability.
