Vade Secure was a French technology company, founded in 2009 in Lille, specializing in AI-based email security solutions. Vade Secure successfully raised $121 million over three funding rounds from investors like General Catalyst, Tikehau Ace Capital, Bpifrance, and Auriga Partners to fuel its international expansion and enhance its cybersecurity products. The company was acquired by Hornetsecurity on March 5, 2024, becoming part of a larger European cybersecurity group. Vade Secure did not engage in investment activities or acquisitions of other startups itself.
