Eurostars Programme

Eurostars Programme is an international funding programme for collaborative research and development (R&D) projects, specifically led by innovative small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Part of the broader Eureka Network, an intergovernmental organisation established in 1985, Eurostars supports the creation of innovative products, processes, and services for commercialisation. It provides public funding (grants/subsidies), rather than equity investment, to help SMEs reduce R&D risk, develop new business relationships, access international markets, and accelerate innovation and growth through cross-border projects. The programme aims to shorten the time-to-market of new technologies and facilitate market-oriented technological development across all sectors.
