Filsa EAF

Filsa Capital, established in February 2012, is a Dutch venture capital firm that invests in early-stage tech and media companies. They provide 'smart money,' a combination of financing, knowledge, and experience, to support the growth of their portfolio companies. Since December 2017, Filsa also invests through Filsa EAF B.V., a joint venture with the European Angel Fund, focusing on innovative companies across start-up, early, and growth phases through co-investments with business angels. Beyond investments, Filsa offers consultancy services covering M&A, restructuring, capital attraction, and corporate governance.
