# Account & Product Success Manager
You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertising clients and users of an AI-driven ad analysis tool. This role blends client account management with product success.
## Day to Day Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for advertising clients and AI tool users
- Own client communication end-to-end: emails, calls, follow-ups, and proactive check-ins
- Translate advertising performance and product insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Run biweekly or monthly client calls, aligning on goals, performance, and next steps
- Support onboarding and ongoing adoption of the AI ad analysis platform
- Gather client and user feedback and turn it into clear insights for internal teams
- Collaborate closely with PPC managers, product, and leadership to ensure client objectives are met
- Hold internal stakeholders accountable for deliverables and timelines
- Track account health, satisfaction, and risk signals across both service and product clients
- Keep CRM, documentation, and internal tools accurate and up to date
## Required Skills
- Client Account Management: Proven background managing client relationships in an agency or service-based environment
- Product/SaaS Mindset: Experience in Customer Success, Product Success, or supporting SaaS users
- Clear, confident, and professional communication (written and verbal)
- Analytical thinking: Comfortable explaining performance data and product insights
- Organization & ownership: Manage priorities, follow through, keep things moving
- Tech-savvy with tools like CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, task management tools, and dashboards
- Amazon Ads familiarity: Basic Amazon PPC knowledge or strong motivation to learn quickly
- Proactive & curious: Spot issues early and improve client and user experience
