# ML Data Associate (MLDA)
Amazon is seeking an ML Data Associate to perform fundamental labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.
## Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is of paramount importance
- Work with different types of data: text, speech, audio, image, and video
- Deliver high-quality labeled data according to guidelines and KPIs using internal tools and software
- Demonstrate skill in generating high-quality human insight data across different modalities (text, image, video, audio)
- Exercise sound judgment and make logical decisions on ambiguous or incomplete information
- Pay attention to detail and ability to switch directly from one task category to another
- Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types
- Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling quality
- Identify daily process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools, and suggest changes
- Take responsibility in floor support for internal questions during execution
## Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or related work experience
- CEFR C1+ or equivalent level of Dutch
- Written and spoken knowledge of English (CEFR C1+)
- Strong business writing skills (reports, proposals, professional correspondence)
- Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex business documents
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong ability to interpret and follow instructions
- Advanced research skills
- Demonstrable attention to detail in complex tasks
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Demonstrable experience with task execution
- Ability to effectively use open-source resources
- Adaptability in fast, changing environments
- Experience with project coordination or management (for support teams)
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business applications
