# B2B Marketing Manager – Rotterdam
## About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to shape and execute our B2B marketing strategy. You will be responsible for brand and touchpoint management, demand generation, account-based marketing, and AI-powered marketing automation for two established B2B brands (Checkmaxx and Collectmaxx) with enterprise customers.
## Your responsibilities
- Brand and touchpoint management: Tone of voice, landing pages, product descriptions, platform copy and visual consistency
- Demand generation: Self-serve and enterprise tracks with focus on CAC payback under 90 days
- Account-based marketing: Define target accounts, execute bespoke multi-touch campaigns with AI-assisted research
- AI-powered marketing automations: Workflows for content, campaign execution and broader marketing automation
- Marketing playbook: Rapid experimentation, documentation of wins and failures, resource allocation based on results
- Sales enablement: Content, video and ABM support for sales team
- KPI tracking: MQLs, CAC, organic reach, pipeline created
## Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrable results (pipeline, revenue, campaigns)
- Deep knowledge of AI tools, techniques and workflows
- Understanding of modern B2B buying (self-directed research, LLM citations, long sales cycles)
- Experience with both inbound (funnel, two tracks) and outbound ABM
- Data and automation mindset combined with experimental thinking
- Experience with content production, especially thought leadership
- Creative problem solving; ability to cut through the noise
- English required, Dutch is a plus
## Strong preference
- Marketing experience with API or platform products for technical/commercial buyers
- Background in fintech, telco, payments, travel-tech or B2B SaaS
- Agency background with B2B clients
- Dutch language
