What you will do
## Account Executive
We are looking for an Account Executive who can help build and execute our commercial strategy across the Netherlands and, over time, across Europe.
### The Role
Building and growing pipeline. You proactively reach out to government agencies, identify relevant stakeholders, and open conversations that can develop into long-term partnerships. You take ownership of generating qualified leads and building a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, research, and networking.
Opening strategic accounts. Government organizations have complex structures and multiple stakeholders. You map decision-making units, identify the right entry points, and position Avendar with the teams that can benefit most from our platform.
Working closely with the founders. You collaborate directly with the founding team to refine our go-to-market strategy. Insights from your conversations with the market feed directly into how we position the product and approach new opportunities.
Building the foundation for long-term relationships. The first interaction matters. You represent Avendar in early conversations with government stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility from the very first contact.
