# Technical Delivery Lead at Beyond Sports

Join Beyond Sports as a Technical Delivery Lead, combining technical leadership with hands-on development. You'll guide engineering squads delivering complex AI-driven systems while contributing directly to architecture, POCs, and high-complexity technical challenges.

## Your Role

You'll sit at the center of engineering execution, technical strategy, and machine learning innovation. Work closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Tech Leads, Technical Architects, Product teams, and creatives to build intelligent systems that transform live sports data into immersive digital experiences.

Approximately 60% of your time involves active engineering work: building POCs, solving difficult technical problems, improving tooling, and supporting critical delivery initiatives. The remaining time focuses on leadership, evolving engineering standards, delivery practices, and technical governance.

## Key Responsibilities

• Shape scalable ML pipelines for motion synthesis and trajectory prediction
• Prototype cloud-hosted inference services and review technical approaches
• Guide teams in applying cutting-edge ML techniques including Transformers, Graph Neural Networks, Diffusion models, and real-time geometry pipelines
• Ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable, and production-ready
• Help evolve engineering standards and delivery practices across the business

## What We Value
