# Business Analyst Data and Analytics

For ICTU we are looking for a Business Analyst Data and Analytics.

## Responsibilities and tasks

• You clarify customer requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories
• You listen actively to the customer, provide advice, manage expectations and speak the language of business
• You speak the language of technology and bridge both disciplines
• You work with data scientists and data (platform) engineers
• You contribute your specific expertise to the scrum process as the product owner's right hand
• You are data-literate and knowledgeable in the data & analytics domain, both functionally and technically
• You critically assess whether a formulated question truly addresses the underlying need and translate that into concrete solutions
