# AI/ML Engineer at Channable

## About the Role
Join our AI team to develop machine learning solutions that power exciting product features. You'll work on turning messy product data into structured attributes, categorizing products, and detecting/resolving data quality issues for customers.

## Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI features end-to-end
• Lead projects in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Leverage proprietary training data to develop or improve AI models
• Maintain model training and serving infrastructure using internal and external tools

## About You

• AI/ML engineer or software engineer with strong ML affinity
• 4+ years of working experience in a similar role
• Excellent communicator who bridges customer demands and technical solutions
• Strong ownership mentality and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts
• Experience with PyTorch
• Knowledge of Python libraries: FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio, requests, SQLAlchemy
• Familiar with PostgreSQL, Polars, DuckDB
• Good working knowledge of Linux, Git, and command-line
• High engineering standards
• Available for at least 32 hours per week
• Willing to come to Utrecht office 2 days/week
• Valid work permit required
