## Job Description
We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to build autonomous, multi-step AI agents that perform actual actions on the Joveo platform. You design agent architectures, build tool-use systems, and deliver production agents that work — not just respond to prompts.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-step AI agents capable of autonomous task execution
• Build tool-use systems, function calling patterns, and agent action loops
• Implement planning, reasoning, and reflection mechanisms in agent workflows
• Build guardrails, safety checks, and error recovery for production agents
• Develop evaluation frameworks for agent reliability and task completion rates
• Optimize agent performance for latency, cost, and multi-step success rates

## Required Skills and Qualifications

• Practical experience building and delivering production AI agents
• Deep understanding of agent architectures — ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, multi-agent systems
• Expertise with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom stacks)
• Strong Python skills and comfort with async, streaming, and long-running workflows
• Experience with LLM tool-use, function calling, and structured output patterns
• Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-step agent errors and reasoning failures
