Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist at BigData Republic (part of Conflux) you advise leading organizations on complex analytical and AI challenges. You combine in-depth model development with strategic advice. You build production-ready models, translate business objectives into data-driven solutions and bring colleagues along in your way of thinking.

You are not a "notebook-only" data scientist. You understand that real impact occurs when models are scalable, explainable and maintainable. You think about data management, data ethics and business adoption.

## What will you do?

• Design and develop predictive models and AI solutions
• Translate business questions into mathematical and statistical models
• Develop end-to-end ML solutions: from exploration to production
• Advise stakeholders on data-driven decision-making
• Implement MLOps principles for robust and scalable deployment
• Guide and coach medior/junior data scientists
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, blogs, meetups and conferences

You spend approximately 90% of your time on client projects. The remaining time is explicitly reserved for innovation, research or your own initiative.
