As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company by expanding the Data & AI services team in EMEA. You are the first ambassador for candidates and ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout their recruitment journey.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner for our recruitment teams and serve as a trusted advisor
- Champion candidate experience in EMEA, ensuring every future Depster feels the "small enough to care" side from day one
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing, sourcing, screening to offer acceptance
- Use market data and insights to advise management teams on recruitment best practices and strategies
- Build and own proactive talent pipelines and market maps
What you bring:
- Previous in-house talent acquisition experience in a digital or integrated agency
- Track record of hiring in AI Engineering and Data Analytics
- Experience with recruitment across multiple EMEA markets
- Comfort managing senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Direct-sourcing skills including Boolean search and market mapping
- Data fluency and comfort building hiring stories with metrics
- Proactive and autonomous mindset
- Fluent Dutch and English
