# Deployment Strategist at ElevenLabs
As a Deployment Strategist, you work in a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, to solve our customers' most challenging problems. Your mission is to synthesize diverse perspectives into a coherent understanding of the core problem, existing workflows, product needs, user motivations, and impact potential.
## What you do
- Conduct strategic meetings with customers to understand their AI transformation goals and greatest pain points around AI agent workflows
- Manage flagship deals end-to-end — from use case identification through structuring commercial terms and driving closure
- Embed yourself deeply with strategic customers: trusted partner with a provisioned account, significant on-site time, and ownership of delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases through close customer engagement and workflow analysis, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life
- Guide customers in best practices for deploying our products (e.g., ElevenAgents)
- Explore potential applications in new industries and scale AI solutions globally
- Present findings and proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights back into the platform and roadmap
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and AI technology
- Work daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure production-quality and measurable business outcomes
