# User Acquisition Specialist
You work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and play a key role in the execution and optimization of our large-scale paid acquisition channels.
## Responsibilities
Campaign Execution and Support
- Daily management of core paid acquisition channels or DSPs (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Support in building scalable acquisition funnels with proper tracking implementation
- Active participation in testing loop: preparation of new ad concepts, organization of creative assets, and setup of audience tests
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitoring of campaign and funnel performance using tools such as Voluum, GA4 and internal dashboards
- Identification and reporting of critical changes or anomalies
- Data pull, cleaning and organization of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, retention) for weekly and monthly reviews
- Maintenance and updating of internal reporting and dashboards
Creative and Funnel Contribution
- Support of creative briefing process with performance data
- Collaboration with Product and Content teams for launches and landing page testing cycles
- Documentation and implementation of systems for faster creative testing
Partnership Management and Learning
- Building relationships with traffic source representatives
- Research of new acquisition opportunities
- Staying informed of platform guidelines and algorithm changes
## Challenges
- Support in rapidly scaling budgets with attention to cost targets (CAC/ROAS)
- Direct contribution to user base growth from 40 million to 100 million users
- Setup of entirely new advertising platforms
- A/B testing of landing pages and funnels for efficiency improvement
- Translation of performance data into actionable creative briefs
