As Lead Solutions Engineer for the Benelux region, you will:
- Lead the design of high-impact, complex solutions with attention to robustness from concept through delivery (budgeting, risk mitigation, scalability)
- Shape customers' logistics strategies by challenging the status quo and proposing innovative, value-driven alternatives
- Translate customer challenges into compelling technical sales strategies that drive wins
- Influence key stakeholders by clearly articulating the value of Exotec solutions and building strong technical alignment
- Partner with suppliers and vendors to co-create best-in-class solutions and challenge them to meet the highest standards
- Promote technical excellence by embedding Exotec methodologies and supporting sales in complex project leadership
- Act as a recognized expert in a key technical domain and enhance team capabilities and decision-making
- Enable teams and partners by creating impactful training content and sharing best practices
