AI Go-to-Market Engineer at Flosum, a Salesforce-native DevOps platform. This is a hands-on role focused on architecting, deploying, training, and optimizing AI agents and automation across the entire revenue engine. Key responsibilities include:
- Deploy and train AI SDR agents for inbound qualification and outbound prospecting within 30 days
- Build AI-powered inbound qualification systems capturing and routing website visitors and form submissions in real time
- Increase revenue-generating time per Account Executive from ~25% to 50%+ by automating CRM maintenance, call summaries, follow-up sequences, proposal drafting, and pipeline updates
- Architect AI layer across GTM stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Qualified, Gong) enabling seamless data flow
- Build AI-driven competitive intelligence engine monitoring competition, pricing, and product launches
- Create hyper-personalized outbound campaigns using AI for account research and multi-channel sequencing
- Implement closed-loop data feedback system between BDR activity, pipeline outcomes, and AI performance
- Deploy AI-assisted customer health scoring and churn prediction models
- Prototype AI-powered product-led growth touchpoints
- Evaluate and deploy AI vendors using structured bakeoff methodology
Reports directly to the CEO. Position requires hands-on AI deployment experience, deep GTM stack knowledge, ability to write production integrations, understanding of pipeline math and unit economics, and strong judgment on when AI should replace versus augment human effort.
