# AI Engineer

At FreshMinds we build the next generation of systems. As an AI Engineer, you play a key role in our new AI unit, which helps organisations move from traditional IT systems to intelligent, self-learning solutions.

## What will you do?

You work on innovative AI solutions for our clients and on the development of our own AI proposition:

• Build AI solutions such as copilots, chatbots and agents
• Work with LLMs (such as OpenAI / Azure OpenAI) and integrate them into existing systems
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions on customer data
• Experiment with prompts, models and AI architectures
• Deliver end-to-end solutions: from idea to working application
• Collaborate with colleagues from Data, Cloud and Software teams

You work in short iterations, build many prototypes and bring solutions quickly to production.
