At ML6, you build end-to-end AI solutions that go into production and create impact at organizations like ASML, Bolt Energies, and Randstad.
## What you will do
- You design and build end-to-end AI systems
- You take solutions from idea to production environment
- You make architectural decisions and ensure quality
- You lead a team of approximately 4–5 engineers together with the project manager
- You coach junior and mid-level colleagues
- You translate business questions into technical solutions
- You work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- You build scalable solutions with MLOps and CI/CD
- Distribution: 70% project work with clients and 30% other work
## What you bring
- Strong background in software engineering (Python) or machine learning
- You have built and deployed end-to-end solutions in production
- Experience with GenAI or Agentic AI
- Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- You have led small technical teams or projects (formally or informally)
- You communicate easily with both engineers and stakeholders
