# Data & AI Traineeship at De Mandemakers Groep
Are you almost or recently graduated with a passion for data and AI? We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will help us digitize and optimize our processes.
## What will you do?
During this traineeship you will be trained to become the essential bridge between business (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales) and IT. You will have plenty of opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues while getting your hands dirty from day one:
- Streamline processes: You learn the daily practice, help identify bottlenecks and contribute to building AI solutions or automations to reduce manual work
- Information management: In collaboration with the central data team, you help develop dashboards and predictive models
- AI adoption & innovation: You discover the latest techniques and help colleagues apply them
## What do you bring?
- An almost or recently completed HBO or WO degree (for example Business IT, Information Management, Data Science or Business Administration)
- Affinity with data visualization, AI frameworks and automation tools
- Interest in process optimization methodologies (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma)
- Curious, inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
## What can you expect?
- Salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross based on 40 hours
