# AI Lead - Telecommunications Industry
## The Role
An AI Lead in the telecommunications industry is responsible for driving the strategic direction of AI-based projects, managing the AI team, overseeing research and development initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of scalable AI solutions aligned with business goals.
## Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the AI research and development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Project Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms tailored to telecommunications applications.

- Trend Monitoring: Monitor and analyze AI trends specific to the telecommunications industry to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.

## Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing AI projects and leading technical teams, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, deep learning techniques, and data science concepts
- At least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role, guiding teams and projects
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management
- Good communication skills
