# Data Scientist
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to strengthen our data science team and take data science within Intergamma to the next level. Data Science is essential for our Digital Transformation objectives in the complex retail organization.
## Responsibilities:
- Analyzing performance of processes, strategic projects, customer data and product combinations to gain insights
- Developing predictive models (customer value, inventory management, pricing strategy, customer journeys)
- Building and optimizing advanced machine learning solutions, deep learning models and data architectures/pipelines
- Translating complex business questions into innovative data science solutions
- Leading and coaching the data science team
- Collaborating with stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, IT)
## Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Strong technical skills in machine learning, deep learning and advanced data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with tools/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, Dataiku or Databricks
- Good business skills and ability to communicate data solutions clearly
- Leadership qualities and experience with project and stakeholder management
