As a Senior AI Engineer in the AI for Corporate team, you design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions that make internal HR & Finance processes smarter, faster, and AI-native. You work on concrete use-cases such as AI agents for HR/Finance, automated invoice scanning, approval workflows, and predictive models. You take independent ownership of features — from idea to production — with a focus on scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI services. You are a bridge builder between tech and non-tech, willing to challenge, ask critical questions, and build strong domain connections and understanding. You combine AI expertise with a production mindset and software engineering quality.
