Solutions Architect for Professional Services team at LangChain. You work directly with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems.
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure & Platform Engineering: Design of scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments (compute, storage, networking, security), enterprise integration patterns, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm), multi-region HA/DR strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
- Agent Engineering & Development: Design of multi-agent systems, implementation of agent logic with modern frameworks (langchain/langgraph), design of comprehensive evaluation frameworks, prompt optimization with A/B testing, and guidance for deployment/operations
- Customer Engagement & Assessment: Leading technical maturity assessments, direct work with enterprise customers for requirement gathering and presenting recommendations, partnership with Engagement Managers and Product/Engineering teams
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer)
- 3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Strong Kubernetes experience (GKE, EKS, AKS)
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps practices
- Knowledge of database systems (relational databases, in-memory data stores) with HA, replication, and backup strategies
- 1+ years of experience with production AI/ML applications or agents
- Strong experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
- Experience with state management patterns, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills
- Customer-facing experience with enterprise customers
- Excellent communication skills
