Staff Software Engineer at Mendix (a Siemens Company) to develop generative AI solutions. Your work includes tooling, evaluations, and building solutions for accessing Large Language Model (LLM) providers. You will directly influence the quality of GenAI offerings and improve the lives of customers and developers.
Requirements:
- Strong programming skills: Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with interest in frameworks and backend solutions
- Operational expertise: Experience in an operational role, preferably with practical experience in AWS and Kubernetes (K8s)
- Generative AI knowledge: Genuine interest in and demonstrated knowledge of the modern AI landscape, including Context Engineering, complete RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) lifecycle, and best MLOps practices
- Passion for technology: Deep passion for technology, combined with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
