Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Dutch-speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our innovative team in Greece. This role involves ensuring the safety, accuracy, and integrity of AI-generated content while maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. You will contribute to mitigating risks associated with generative AI content and fostering a trustworthy digital environment.
## Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate AI-generated content in Dutch to identify harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material.
- Ensure adherence to trust and safety policies and relevant regulations for GenAI content.
- Collaborate with AI developers, policy makers, and moderation teams to enhance content safety protocols and standards.
- Develop strategies to improve content quality, accuracy, and ethical compliance.
- Analyze trends and prepare reports on content risks and safety issues.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote responsible use of AI technologies.
## Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or related AI fields preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of generative AI technology and its challenges is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and commitment to responsible AI deployment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
