## About the role
As Commercial Lead, you are crucial to developing and executing our GTM strategy for our B2B SaaS revenue model. This role combines practical sales execution, leadership, and strategic building, where you will establish, execute, and manage a 2-step sales process (SDR/AE). You will drive the sales engine while experimenting with positioning to create fundamental sales processes for sustainable growth. You will manage and collaborate with a small team and direct us toward expansion. You will largely play the Account Executive role, but are responsible for results from both inbound and outbound lead generation, closing, and client success.

## What will you do?

  • Lead and execute our sales and revenue generation processes end-to-end
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy aligned with our business needs
  • Experiment with and analyze different positioning strategies to identify the most effective approach
  • Build, manage, and optimize a 2-step sales process with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs)
  • Set up and continuously improve sales processes to support scalable and sustainable growth
  • Hire, train, and manage a small sales team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Balance short- and long-term objectives, ensuring consistent progress
  • Develop and manage sales forecasting and budgeting processes

## Who are you?

  • Passionate about startups and scaleups, with a builder's or entrepreneurial mindset and practical approach
  • Experience building and managing sales processes in early-stage startups
  • Able to lead a small sales team
  • Strategic and analytical, with the ability to analyze market trends and data and develop effective commercial strategies
