## The role
You want to make AI work in practice. At NTT Data Business Solutions, you combine technical and business expertise: you build smart AI solutions and ensure colleagues benefit from them immediately. From tools and workflows to training and strategy – and later you also help customers successfully implement AI.

## What will you do?
You constantly switch between the technical and business sides – both are essential for real impact.

### Technical (50%)

• Select and implement AI tools for teams and colleagues
• Build reusable workflows and templates (from code to presentations)
• Set up AI agents and automations for more efficient processes
• Document knowledge in scalable AI configurations
• Monitor and improve the quality of AI output
• Translate new AI developments into practical applications

### Business (50%)

• Deliver training and workshops across the organization
• Analyze processes and identify AI opportunities
• Provide one-on-one coaching to colleagues on effective AI use
• Measure impact: who actually works faster and better?
• Advise management on AI strategy and investments
• Translate expert knowledge into reusable AI solutions
