# Data Scientist
Join Peaks, a fast-growing Dutch fintech scale-up, as a Data Scientist to drive business growth through marketing data expertise.
## Responsibilities
- Ad Performance Analysis: Create dashboards and reports to measure ad effectiveness, ROAS, CAC, CAC-payback period, CLV
- Marketing Attribution: Build models to track customer journeys across multiple channels (e.g., last-click, multi-touch attribution)
- Data Integration: Ensure marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, etc.) receive accurate and up-to-date data through ETL/ELT pipelines; identify improvements and spot tracking issues across acquisition channels
- Customer Segmentation & Audiences: Transform raw data into structured customer profiles, enabling targeted campaigns and lookalike audiences
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Provide clean datasets for measuring the impact of different marketing strategies
- Architecture Improvement: Enhance data architecture based on cost reduction and speed, applying software engineering best practices
## Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience with an analytical mindset
- Solid understanding of architectures, design principles and engineering best practices
- Experience across all stages of the data pipeline: ingestion, transformations, mart creation
- In-depth technical knowledge of advertising technologies such as Appsflyer, Meta, Google & other
- Knowledge of unit growth metrics
- Live in The Netherlands
