# Senior Director – AI Transformation & Agentic Platforms

## About the Role
Lead the global AI strategy for Philips Personal Health, defining and implementing AI transformation that enables personalized, predictive, and connected health experiences. Bridge executive vision with deep technical understanding of modern AI ecosystems.

Drive both business transformation and technical enablement by establishing scalable AI platforms, reusable services, data foundations, and agentic AI capabilities across the Personal Health portfolio. Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary organization of AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and product leaders.

## Key Responsibilities

1. Lead AI Vision, Strategy and Technical Foundation

• Set global AI transformation agenda aligned with Philips' purpose
• Define long-term AI architecture and foundational technology strategy
• Establish reusable AI platforms, shared services, and governance models
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases
• Translate strategic ambition into actionable roadmap with measurable outcomes

1. Build Agentic AI and Engineering Capability

• Lead design and implementation of foundational agentic AI capabilities
• Build and scale AI organization including engineers, ML engineers, data scientists, architects
• Drive modern AI engineering practices (MLOps, LLMOps, model governance, AI observability)
• Partner with business units and enterprise IT for secure, scalable solutions
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks

1. Accelerate AI Integration Across Business

• Build cross-functional AI community connecting product, commercial, digital teams
• Deploy AI in product innovation, marketing, supply chain, and commercial excellence
• Enable regions and functions to scale best practices through shared platforms
• Embed AI into core business processes and digital experiences

1. Drive Responsible and Ethical AI

• Ensure trustworthy, compliant, secure, human-centered AI initiatives
• Lead adoption of Responsible AI principles
• Establish governance mechanisms for enterprise AI risk management and compliance
• Act as thought leader on responsible AI practices

1. Build AI Fluency and Culture of Innovation

• Inspire teams to adopt AI in decision-making and innovation
• Launch capability-building programs raising AI literacy
• Mentor technical and business leaders
• Establish active AI community
