The Business Process Expert is responsible for ensuring world-class complex Philips business capabilities that improve quality, guarantee reliable execution, and deliver better customer and employee experience. The role operates under limited supervision and applies industry best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to improve business capability efficiency in the areas of data, processes, organization/people, and technology. The role also supports the establishment of accurate capability performance and adoption reporting within the domain, aligned with relevant objectives.

### Responsibilities:

• Support Services teams in thoughtfully applying AI to improve uptime, learning outcomes, project delivery, and cost per operation while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance
• Evaluate where AI adds value and where analytics, RPA, or process redesign offer better solutions
• Build and maintain an AI use-case roadmap in Service Delivery, Education, and Project Management, linking initiatives to measurable business results
• Identify automation opportunities and integrate AI into existing workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
• Lead cross-functional pilots with BPEs/SMEs, IT/Data/AI, Quality & Reporting, Markets, and PMO teams, capturing insights and scaling successful solutions
• Ensure privacy, security, safety, and data governance controls throughout the AI lifecycle ('compliance by design')
• Define KPIs, acceptance criteria, and control processes for implemented AI solutions, and drive continuous improvement through feedback loops
