Medior AI Application Manager

As an AI Enabler/Application Manager, you play a decisive role in PwC Netherlands' digital foundation. You work within the Core Applications team of the internal IT department and ensure that AI solutions—both developed by PwC itself and sourced from external parties—deliver real value within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment of AI solutions within PwC NL, from use case to structural adoption
• Translate AI initiatives into concrete, scalable applications across the application landscape (HR, Finance, Compliance, Clients & Markets)
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them through opportunities, risks and impact of AI
• Collaborate with internal AI platforms and services and with external vendors
• Ensure governance, compliance and Responsible AI principles, with attention to security, data, architecture and change management
• Provide direction on roadmap, prioritization and decision-making
• Guide stakeholders through AI adoption
