# Machine Learning Engineer
At RebelsAI, we turn the promise of Generative AI into products that work. We help organizations build real AI capabilities, not just tools, but systems that scale, adapt and create impact.
## What you will do
As a machine learning engineer, you build the core components that power our GenAI solutions. You work on everything from ingestion to inference, across scalable cloud environments. Together with our consultants and clients, you turn business needs into smart, usable and production-ready systems.
You will:
- Design, build and deploy AI-based applications in the Microsoft Azure cloud
- Set up infrastructure using containers, APIs and serverless components
- Preprocess, chunk and structure unstructured data for optimal use in prompts and context injection
- Configure and manage vector databases such as Pinecone or Azure AI Search
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation flows using vector databases and embedding models
- Develop orchestration logic for multi-step agents and tool-using language models
- Monitor system performance, latency, accuracy and cost
- Apply data privacy and security best practices across all layers
- Work closely with AI consultants and clients to solve real problems
- Explore new GenAI frameworks and contribute to our engineering standards
- Adopt AI-tools such as Cursor and MCP's to enhance your productivity
## What we offer
- A fast-growing team where your work shapes real AI products
- Room to experiment and work with the latest GenAI tools and techniques
- A license for an AI coding tool of your choice, like Cursor or GitHub Copilot
- Competitive salary
