Business Architect

As a Business Architect at Stekz, you are the bridge between your customers' strategic vision and technical implementation by AI engineers. You redesign core operations of ambitious companies using the MyStekz platform.

What you will do:

• Business Modelling & Analysis: Map current and desired business processes using BPMN, identify bottlenecks, and design optimized Value Streams
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD): Define domains and subdomains as the foundation for technical architecture
• Challenge client management and stakeholders by solving fundamental business problems
• Determine with the product team where AI agents and automation have maximum impact
• Translate functional requirements into solid information structures aligned with long-term strategy
• Ensure solution integrity during development and keep business value at the centre

Who you are:

• Background in Business Architecture, Information Management, or similar role at the Business & IT intersection
• Experience with BPMN and Domain-Driven Design (absolute must)
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (preferred)
• Understands the possibilities of modern cloud architectures and AI technologies (LLMs, agentic workflows)
• Can discuss strategy at management level and data models with developers
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Based in the Netherlands
