AI & Automation Engineer

As an AI & Automation Engineer at Tools4ever, you build intelligent, cutting-edge AI solutions that transform the organization. You translate ideas and concepts into working applications using Python, big data, and local LLMs, and experiment with new techniques to make AI practically deployable.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Build and implement solutions with Python, big data, and local LLMs
• Translate concepts and plans into working prototypes and production solutions
• Integrate cloud AI applications into the local setup while maintaining data integrity
• Experiment with new AI techniques and assess their applicability
• Collaborate with Manager Delivery, the AI team, and IT
• Contribute ideas on data, infrastructure, and governance around AI applications

Tech stack:
Agentic AI (18+ autonomous agents), hybrid inference (on-premise vLLM + cloud), MoE models (Qwen3.5 on NVIDIA), RAG pipeline (ChromaDB), Python 3.12, FastAPI, CI/CD, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
