AI Infrastructure Engineer

As an AI Infrastructure Engineer at UbiOps, you are responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting a growing number of UbiOps installations and their associated services and infrastructure. You work on both the technical infrastructure of the UbiOps platform and its implementation in customer environments.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Install and configure the UbiOps platform in various environments, including secured or air-gapped infrastructure
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to prepare deployments, clarify requirements, and establish timelines
• Update platform components to meet customers' security or infrastructure requirements
• Contribute to the UbiOps codebase to support integrations with customer infrastructure, such as databases or other services
• Work with the engineering team to continuously improve reliability, automation, and deployment workflows

You are part of the Customer Success and Operations Team, but also work regularly with the Development and Engineering Team.
