# Data & AI Engineer (Medior)

You'll collaborate with UX Designers, Ad Tech Specialists, and MediaCommerce Consultants, working at the intersection of technology, media, and creativity.
## Responsibilities
- Design and manage a central data architecture to power AI and automation projects
- Build and optimize data pipelines to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Implement the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for structured and secure AI data access
- Ensure data quality and integrity across internal systems and external platforms
- Craft complex SQL transformations and scalable data models using code and low-code tools like Airtable
- Ensure GDPR/AVG compliance across data architecture
## Day-to-Day
- Spend 70% of your time hands-on: writing code, building data pipelines, configuring data models, and implementing solutions
- Dedicate 30% of your time to designing data architecture, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with AI agents, consultants, and other specialists to ensure data quality and usability
## Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills and experience structuring relational databases
- Proven expertise in building robust data pipelines and ETL processes (Python or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and AI tools
- Proficiency in working with APIs and processing JSON files
- Interest in or experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Knowledge of GDPR/AVG regulations in data architecture
- Experience with advanced data environments like Airtable or SQL databases
- 3-5 years in roles such as Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Database Developer
