# GenAI Platform Engineer
We ARE Renewables is looking for a GenAI Platform Engineer for one of our clients in the energy sector.
## Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design and build CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process of GenAI solutions
- Create reusable infrastructure building blocks that enable GenAI colleagues to develop new solutions quickly and consistently
- Work on the development of the GenAI Gateway, the central nervous system for all GenAI models, with an emphasis on robustness and security
- Liaise with other IT teams, such as the API team or Security, to ensure seamless integration and adherence to strict security standards
- Set up and manage model monitoring for GenAI use cases to provide insight into performance and quickly detect problems
## Key Requirements
- Demonstrable science-oriented university-level work and thinking level
- At least 6 years of demonstrable work experience in IT / engineering / digital transformation and experience with an AI platform team
- Demonstrable, up-to-date knowledge and certifications in the field of generative AI
- Demonstrable experience with responsible AI and AI governance in accordance with the EU AI Act and ISO 42001
- Demonstrable experience with model monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops (MLOps principles)
