# Creative AI Specialist
We are looking for a Creative AI Specialist who is passionate about creativity, AI technologies, marketing and design. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow at the intersection of AI-driven creative production, performance marketing and product thinking.
## Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for CRM, email and marketing campaigns
- Generate and optimize creative content using AI tools and modern workflows
- Work with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Support A/B testing and performance-driven creative optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients
- Participate in creative reviews, iterations and campaign discussions
- Respond to client requests and urgent updates
- Learn and experiment with new AI tools, workflows and automation processes
## What you bring
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in creative/design-related roles
- Experience with image generation and visual content creation
- Strong portfolio with creative and visual skills
- High level of English communication skills
- Comfortable with direct client communication
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn continuously
- Strong sense of responsibility, transparency and flexibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Availability for evening collaboration with US-based clients
- Friday availability is important
