Breda-based AI marketing company Aizy has acquired peer Uptmz. The acquisition, announced around late May or early June 2026, brings the combined company to more than 600 customers on a single platform covering Google, Microsoft and Meta advertising. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Uptmz continued as an independent company in 2022, having spun out of the Springbok Group. With the acquisition, Aizy brings in a party that already carries its own client base and platform experience across the channels Aizy focuses on.
Almost simultaneously, Aizy announced that it is among the first European companies to have been granted access to the beta version of OpenAI Ads Manager. Through that programme, Aizy gains insight into the advertising capabilities OpenAI is developing within ChatGPT and the broader OpenAI ecosystem.
What Uptmz adds to the platform
Aizy was already focused on automated advertising for SMEs via Meta, Google and TikTok. With Uptmz on board, Microsoft Advertising joins as a fully fledged channel, and the customer base grows in one step to more than 600 businesses.
For SME clients, that means in practice they can manage campaigns across multiple major advertising platforms from a single central dashboard, rather than handling each channel separately. Aizy has not specified whether that integration is already technically complete.
Founder Stefan Nuijten started Aizy in 2024 in Breda. Its investors include Gijs Nagel, co-founder of DeGiro, and technology investors Michiel Mol (founder of Lost Boys) and Joost van der Klooster. In August 2025 the company raised €1.5 million; in February 2026 a second round of €2 million followed. At that point the valuation stood at €22 million and Aizy employed 25 people.
What access to OpenAI Ads Manager means in practice
OpenAI is developing its own advertising product, Ads Manager, which will allow advertisers to run campaigns within ChatGPT and related services. As one of the early European participants in the beta programme, Aizy has access to that product.
In concrete terms, this means Aizy can observe how the platform works, what targeting options it offers and how campaigns are structured, before the product becomes broadly available. Whether and when Aizy will offer that functionality to customers has not yet been communicated.
Joining this type of beta programme early gives companies like Aizy an informational head start over parties that enter later. In its first year, Aizy achieved annual recurring revenue of €2 million, demonstrating that the company has managed to grow commercially at pace.
Significance for the Dutch and European AI marketing market
Founded in 2024, Aizy has combined an acquisition, two funding rounds and participation in a selective OpenAI beta programme within two years. That pace is unusually fast for Dutch AI startups.
For other founders and investors in the European AI scene, the OpenAI beta element may be the most informative signal. OpenAI Ads Manager is not yet public, but if ChatGPT develops into a significant advertising channel, early partners are positioned to play a role in it. Which European companies besides Aizy have been granted access has not been disclosed.
The acquisition of Uptmz fits into a broader trend in which European AI marketing platforms are pursuing scale through consolidation. A customer base of 600-plus gives Aizy an operational foundation from which to roll out new features, including potential OpenAI integrations, more quickly.
