Tilburg-based company DONNAJAMES and Nobilex, a provider of case and relationship management software for the notarial sector, have announced a partnership in which an AI assistant will be embedded in the case management system that Nobilex offers. The assistant operates directly from an open file and provides notaries with contextual information without requiring them to switch between systems.
DONNAJAMES positions itself as an AI platform for notaries and financial service providers. According to the company, users of the platform work up to 25 percent faster. The new partnership focuses specifically on the notarial sector, an industry where time-consuming regulatory tasks and administrative obligations account for a significant portion of the working day.
The AI assistant is available as an add-on within the Nobilex environment. From an open file, notaries can ask questions about the file's contents, but the assistant also answers broader notarial questions, for example relating to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft). In addition, the tool can handle routine tasks such as summarising meetings and analysing the origin of funds.
The assistant is intended to complement existing tools. For instance, it can be used alongside Lexi, a tool focused on drafting deeds. The AI assistant focuses on support during client meetings and the rapid retrieval of relevant information, tasks that are currently handled largely manually or through individual searches.
