Swoep raises €3 million for AI platform connecting ERP and CRM

Swoep, the Den Bosch-based AI company behind a platform that connects ERP and CRM systems, has closed a funding round of €3 million. The capital comes from strategic investors in logistics, manufacturing and retail. The round values the company at €20 million.

Swoep was founded by Maris van der Velden and Jeroen Lambooij, together with an early team that includes CTO Lucas Snijder. The initial concept for the platform emerged in 2024. Since then, the company has grown to a team of eleven people, spread across offices in 's-Hertogenbosch and The Stack in Amsterdam. Its servers run on EU-based infrastructure in Frankfurt and Ireland.

The company now counts more than thirty client companies and expects to reach €2 million in revenue in 2026.

What the platform does

Swoep positions itself as a connectivity layer on top of existing business systems. Through integrations with more than 5,000 systems, including ERP, CRM, webshops and spreadsheets, the platform consolidates operational data into a single overview. Employees can retrieve insights via natural language queries, build their own dashboards and configure automated actions.

The company targets operational teams in logistics, e-commerce and manufacturing. More than 60 AI agents now independently handle planning-related tasks for clients. Customers include Moov Performance, Swim Essentials and CombiPower BV, among others.

Central to the platform is the so-called Swoep Universe, a graphical model of the organisation consisting of 105 nodes and 10 clusters, which maps the relationships between systems, processes and data. The company describes this as a central organisational brain, as opposed to separate AI agents for individual processes.

Pricing model and accessibility

Swoep offers multiple pricing tiers. The entry-level plan costs €1,999 per month, or €1,699 when billed annually. The Pro plan is available at €5,999 per month, or €5,099 on an annual basis. In addition, the company offers a usage-based model at €170 per user per month, and a custom Enterprise option.

The approach is designed for teams without an extensive technical background. In September 2026, Swoep rolled out a major platform update enabling users to configure actions, build dashboards to their own specifications and consolidate insights, without needing to involve a data analyst.

What the investment aims to achieve

Swoep intends to use the €3 million to further develop its technology and grow its customer base. The investors involved come from the sectors the platform targets, signalling strategic interest from the market itself. Further details about the identity of the investors have not been disclosed.

For Dutch B2B AI startups, the combination of sector-focused investors and an expected annual revenue of €2 million at an early stage is a recognisable pattern: companies from the target market invest, in part to retain influence over the direction of a platform that directly affects their own operations. For founders and investors in the Dutch AI ecosystem, Swoep illustrates how a relatively young company, founded in 2024, can quickly build traction by addressing a concrete operational need in sectors already well advanced in data-driven working.
