Teammaite's Testmaite links AI test generation to test management platform Testersuite

Teammaite, the Enschede-based startup founded in 2025 that builds AI agents for software development, is partnering with Testersuite, a Dutch provider of test management software headquartered in Nieuwegein. The collaboration centres on the integration of Testmaite, Teammaite's AI component for test generation, with the Testersuite platform, which helps organisations prepare, manage and execute testing processes.

The two companies announced the partnership via a webinar on 17 March 2026, followed by a second session on 9 April 2026. In July 2026, Testersuite published additional information on how AI is accelerating its own development process. The integration targets teams that want to combine AI-driven test generation with structured test management, with the aim of gaining greater visibility and control over their testing process.

What Testmaite does within the combined platform

Testmaite functions as a virtual AI assistant that takes over tasks that are normally manual and time-consuming. The system automatically generates risk-driven test sets based on project information and provides support for analysis, test design and test execution. The goal is to reduce repetitive work so that testers can focus on more complex challenges.

Testersuite, active since 2011 and certified to ISO 27001 and NEN 7510, provides the structured framework within which those generated test sets are managed and executed. By connecting Testmaite to this framework, users can process AI output directly within their existing test workflows, without any manual effort to transfer data between systems.

Within Testersuite itself, developers including Rick and Youri already use AI in their own development process, which has partly shaped the integration with Teammaite.

Teammaite was founded in 2025 with the goal of building AI agents capable of supporting every phase of software development. The company was founded by Sander Ulrich as CEO and Ferran Rohaan, who also serves as CTO at Artific. On 10 July 2025, Teammaite entered into a strategic partnership with Twinning Participaties, an investor that also acts as a strategic partner. Gabriel Aslan is involved in this trajectory as investment manager at Twinning. No specific investment amounts have been disclosed.

According to the press release, the partnership with Twinning was aimed at accelerating product development and strengthening market position. The integration with Testersuite fits that broader pattern: by connecting to an established platform with an existing customer base, Teammaite extends the reach of Testmaite without having to build a full test management product itself.
