Core Life Analytics

Core Life Analytics provides an end-to-end high content analysis workflow for biologists involved in high content screening experiments, primarily through its StratoVerse platform. The software is designed to simplify the complex and often inefficient analysis tools that can hinder data and AI-driven drug discovery. StratoVerse is an integrated platform that combines image storage, image analysis, and data mining into a single system. It consists of three main products: StratoSafe for storing and managing image data, StratoProcess for accelerating image analysis by running CellProfiler pipelines in a cloud environment, and StratoInsight for downstream analysis using the StratoMineR application, which guides users through a best-practices workflow for HCS data without requiring coding. The platform is designed to reduce wait times, increase throughput, and facilitate collaboration across research teams.
